Hey Guys,
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, as every hates taxes. However, since we are a business and abide by the laws of the United States, any user who is going to go above $599 in any single year, MUST file a W9 or W8 before he/she can be paid. We have made it simple because when you do cross that $599 mark, you will automatically be shown a page where you can fill out your tax form (on uploadee itself).
As sad as this is, it is 100% necessary. After you guys submit your tax form, we will approve/deny it. You MUST submit a valid and correct W9/W8 or else you may/will be in legal trouble with the United States. If your W9/W8 checks out, we will approve it and you will receive a personal message saying so. Likewise, if we deny your W9/W8, we will provide a description of why and this will be included in the personal message.
If you form is accepted, then you will be able to cashout after that. If it is denied, please resubmit it.
At this point, it really does not affect a lot of users yet, but it may in the near future.
