Tryed to download somones ebook in the tut section and got this

Did you fix this? Pretty sure it was because you didnt select offers.

i tryed to do GMsora's offers so that way i can download his ebook for a money making guide.

He did not have any offers for USA selected. I have changed that. Should be fixed now.
